Foot care

Retail Worker Tired Feet Routine

Standing-heavy workdays can make foot care feel urgent by evening. A simple routine should be clean, low-mess, and easy to repeat after long shifts.

Feet resting after a long day of standing

Start with clean skin and dry feet

After a shift, wash and dry the soles before applying any foot patch. Avoid lotion, wet skin, open skin, irritation, or areas that feel sensitive before use.

Make the routine predictable

Foot patches are easy to understand because they fit into bedtime. Apply according to label directions, keep the area comfortable, and remove gently later. If socks are used to keep the patch in place, they should not feel tight.

Plan quantity around your week

A starter pack may fit occasional use. A 14-night bundle may fit repeat standing-heavy weeks. A household pack can make sense when more than one person uses foot patches.
