Gentle Neck and Shoulder Patch First Use

The neck and shoulder area deserves a conservative first-use plan. Start small, keep placement simple, and remove the patch if the sensation does not feel right.

Why gentle first use matters

Skin near the neck and shoulder can be sensitive to adhesive, fragrance, heat, and clothing friction. A cautious first routine helps you learn whether the patch format fits you.

Use one patch and shorter wear time

Do not start with multiple patches. Choose one clean, dry area away from the face, throat, eyes, and broken skin. Keep the first session shorter than your planned routine.

When to stop

Remove the patch if warmth, cooling, aroma, adhesive, or pressure feels uncomfortable. Wash the area gently and avoid applying another topical product to the same area right away.
